What is the Invisalign treatment process?

Treatment using Invisalign starts with meeting up with your Invisalign-trained doctor. Make sure you find a doctor who makes you feel at ease and has the experience you’re looking for. They will be happy to answer any questions you have. During the consultation your doctor will:

•  examine your smile and then create a treatment plan that will show you digitally the step by step transformation of your smile.
• discuss about how fast you want to achieve your new smile. For example, you may want to have straighter teeth for your graduation, wedding or other special occasions.
• tell you of the costs and payment options for the treatment

Before beginning treatment, your doctor will very likely schedule a dental checkup and cleaning to make sure your gums are in good shape.

The length of treatment varies depending on each situation. In most cases, you can expect treatments to be between 12 to 18 months.
